Returns & Exchanges
At Engwe, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes and want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided the item is in its original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Bike
Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and technical manuals that were included in the box.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
